We contacted 3 Spa removalists in early January, Todd was the only one to contact us back.Todd didn't muck around, he was on time and got straight into the job with no fuss.Price was very competitive considering he had a Hiab.Would highly recommend Perth's Spa Removals.

This guy was easy to work with, he communicated Well and was very professional.The removal of the spa was difficult, but with the equipment and knowledge it all went without a hitch.At the other end it was a simple lift off and wheeled spa into position.For what had to be done the spa shift went extremely well, I would definitely recommend using Perth Spa Removals.

Gave us a verbal quote after seeing photos. Then lost touch. Then claimed he couldn't remember the job!

Owner not prepared to travel more than 1 hour from his home, very rude to deal with. Company advert is very appealing, appears to have the right equipment and skill set. My experience was extremely dissapointing.

Gave me a ball park figure one day, and then tried to tell me he had a “minimum charge” 3 days later. When I pulled him up on it, he “wasn’t interested” in the job. I’m ok with fair pricing and firm quotes in light of a job ... but to dangle a carrot and then backtrack for no logical reason is very unprofessional. I wouldn’t trust.

Todd was fantastic! very professional and extremely careful was not a easy move very low clearance and tight shifting was worried about damage to my property yet cant even tell the spa was removed or any of my glass pool panels cant thank him enough i think people need to understand spas especially big ones like ours is that its extremely difficult bit like pianos and pool tables and you may need to help out with extra hands a to keep costs affordable its way too much just 1 man so we had a smooth selling transaction with 3 extra hands thanks to him was delivered safely to our buyer all in perfect working order and care and without any damage so win win

Todd did an awesome job today removing my unwanted spa. It was a tough removal through an alfresco with polished concrete and bi-fold door tracks which worried me. Todd had it under control and got it out with no damage to anything. Highly recommended!

No I did not use these services but I have thoroughly enjoyed reading though these reviews and replies. If I actually lived in Perth and needed a spa removed, I would go here (and not to your competitor).
